I have been eating at two different Taco California food Trucks for over 6 years. I introduced my co-workers. And now my whole family. One is closer to my work and the other to my house. I eat at these locations at least twice a month.....I have been to many Mexican food restaurants around the country and Washington State and California Tacos is the absolute best! I usually go for a regular chicken burrito extra spicy! This might sound weird but the biggest hesitation of moving out of the area or this state is never being able to have California Tacos again. Lastly, Im actually eating one of the burritos right now.

My son's standard order - three ground beef tacos. They just disappear in front of him. Always quality!

Love these tacos. I got the abodaba. I love that they include the pickled carrots. Only thing Missing is grilled onions and a jalapeno on the side. The chips were not my favorite but the salsa was good!
FAJITA SALAD review by Anne
Took a chance on the chicken fajita salad and it did not disappoint. I follow a strict meal plan, so I ordered extra meat to make sure I got enough protein (w/extra, I got a little over 8 oz of chicken), along with the salad (14 oz of veg). Loved the marinated carrots! Topped with some salsa for spice, this was a healthy indulgence for me. Nice to know I have options at the taco truck while my teenager fills up on tacos.
